Thursday 30th November - The anniversary of the laying of the cornerstone of our church. It was done 192 years ago on 30 November 1831. This anniversary is usually celebrated on the Sunday closest to 30 November.

Thursday 7th December - last Bible Study session for 2023
Thursday 21st December - Candlelight service and church social afterwards. Please note that we are moving the Candlelight service to the 21st because one of our Ecumenical partners is having an activity in which some of our choir members are participating. The fellowship afterwards will be our Christmas party. More information on this will be forthcoming.
Monday 25th December - Christmas Day service at 6 AM
Saturday 17th February 2024 - Annual congregation meeting
There will be a baptism on Sunday 26 November and another on Sunday 24 December (this child lives overseas)

In 1830, a small group of Scottish residents decided to build a Kirk. A subscription list, headed by the Scottish governor, Major-General Sir James Campbell, raised the required sum, Application was made to government for a suitable site on which to build.
